It was reported that the hemostasis valve leaked during procedure.A left atrial appendage closure procedure was being performed.A watchman access system was advanced.During the procedure, the hemostasis valve leaked blood.The device was removed and the procedure was aborted as a result of this event.The patient remained stable.
