Updated fields: b4, d9, g3, g6, h2, h3, h4, h6, h10.A getinge field service engineer (fse) was dispatched to evaluate the iabp unit upon initial inspection was alerted by biomed that the instrument would continuously alarm and the biomed was unable to power instrument off with the power button.The initial issue on the work order states the screen is hot to touch.The unit was off.The screen was not hot to touch.Powered the unit on in battery mode (without ac power cord) and verified that the unit would boot to the clinical app without issues.Power unit off.Reboot unit to service mode.No issues or alarms.Was able to perform a few service menu tasks to ensure that the unit touchscreen and display was functioning properly.Verified the failure with the instrument is not with the screen.Could not duplicate any issues with the screen.
