Event Description
It was reported during the implant of a leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) that the delivery system (ds) was difficult to ar ticulate and cross the tricuspid valve.The ds was removed form the patient and an attempt was made to unlock and reset the tether tension but the curve would not deflect to the desired position.The ds was attempted/not used and replaced. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
