Event Description
It was reported by the patient that the remote monitor was not getting any telemetry when attempting to search for the implantable pulse generator (ipg).Troubleshooting steps were taken to no avail and patient was referred to device clinic to have implant checked with the programmer.The monitor and ipg remain in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
