An adverse skin reaction was reported with wear of the adc device.The customer experienced symptoms described as pain and insertion site infection, rash, "need to itch," and redness.The customer had contact with an healthcare provider who prescribed cortisone ointment for treatment.There was no report of death or permanent impairment associated with this event.
