Event Description
It was reported patient underwent the primary surgery via tha for the right hip joint with the poly liner (54mm) in question.On (b)(6) 2023, it was confirmed that the poly liner was worn out, so revision surgery is scheduled.The date for the revision surgery has not yet been determined.Doi: (b)(6) 2006.Dor: tbd.Right hip.
