Event Description
Information was received from a patient's representative regarding an external device.The reason for call was caller states that the recharger works intermittently and sometimes it doesn't work at all.Caller states the patient will turn on the charger and it will not turn on and she will have to wait and keeping trying before they can get it to turn on.The caller stated that the recharger does not progress 50% charged , and stated " it only charges it to 50% capacity".The caller also stated that the patient's implantable neurostimulator (ins) was also taking longer to charge.And is also not getting past 50%.The caller confirmed that there is no damage to the desktop charger and that the green light is on.Patient services (pss) had the caller plug the dtc into the recharger and confirmed that the recharge was charging and state that it was blinking about half.The caller stated that the patient was not with them at the time of the call and would call ps back to perform additional troubleshooting steps ( check coupling boxes ).Patient is switching over to wireless recharger (wr).No symptoms reported.

Event Description
Additional information received from the manufacturer¿s representative (rep) reported the patient was upgraded to a new recharger, but it was unclear why the older charger was having issues.
