Event Description
|
It was reported approximately two weeks post implant of the implantable pulse generator (ipg) system, the patient indicated that every night at 2:45am they feel stimulation.The atrial lead position check runs at this time and was subsequently programmed off.The ipg remains in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was reported approximately two weeks post implant of the implantable pulse generator (ipg) system, the patient indicated that every night at (b)(6) they feel stimulation.The atrial lead position check runs at this time and was subsequently programmed off.The ipg remains in use. no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.It was noted on further review that this is not a malfunction and would not be likely to cause a serious injury or harm to the patient, therefore it is not reportable.
