Philips received a complaint by the customer on the v60 indicating that the unit would not stay in standby mode.It was reported there was no patient involvement at the time the issue was discovered. The customer evaluated the device with the assistance of the remote service engineer (rse) and confirmed the reported problem. The customer informed the rse that the average air was reading -1.5 slpm when it was set to zero, nothing was attached to the patient outlet, o2 was disconnected, and the air inlet filter was clean. The rse then advised the customer that the average was out of specification and that a replacement of the flow sensor assembly or gas delivery system (gds) was required to resolve the issue.Investigation is ongoing.
