It was reported intra operatively that the leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) exhibited damage to the delivery cup and exhibited difficulty in recapturing.The leadless ipg and delivery system were attempted/not used. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was further reported that the leadless ipg exhibited higher thresholds.It was also noted that tissue got stuck between the capture head and retrieval head.
