Event Description
It was reported that the drug port was occluded.Two 106x18cm ekos endovascular devices were selected for use in a procedure.After 15 hours, the physician would have started a second round with ekos, but the drug ports were blocked in both catheters.It was thought that the ports were not flushed during the break before the decision to start a second round.No patient complications were reported.
