It was reported that on nov 29, 2023, the tna aiming arm connecting piece broke into pieces and was not able to be used anymore.All the fragments were removed without additional intervention.There was a surgical delay of ten (10) minutes.Another set was retrieved and the procedure was completed successfully.Patient consequences/outcome were unknown.This report is for one (1) aiming arm/ radiolucent.This is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
