Event Description
It was reported that three months post implant, the right ventricular (rv) lead had unstable thresholds, oversensing and sensing integrity counter (sic). It was noted that a lead integrity alert (lia) occurred, and a revision was performed a few days later. It was reported that the lead was not fully inserted into the implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) header and noise was replicated with pocket manipulation. The lead was reinserted into the header and repeat pocket manipulation showed no signs of oversensing and thresholds returned to implant numbers. The lead and icd remain in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
