Event Description
It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) exhibited a red call doctor icon.High out of range shock impedance measurements above 2000 ohms had been recorded.The crt-d was not able to be interrogated.This crt-d remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
