Event Description

According to the reporter, during use, the monitor had erroneous readings.The spo2 showed in the low 60's which was not correlating with a different oximeter.Also, during the course of the day, 2 of the 5 visits had missing oximetry.The date was never captured on the device resulting in lost productivity, the missing data also resulted in a gap funding as the data was not represent to the funding body in time due to the delay.The lost testing was need to be repeated. there was no patient injury.
