Event Description
The field sales associate reported the following: on (b)(6) 2019, the patient was treated for a thoracic type b dissection in zone 2 with gore® tag® thoracic branch endoprosthesis (tbe).It was reported that on (b)(6) 2023, the patient presented to the emergency room with chest pain.Images revealed a retrograde type a dissection, proximal to the thoracic branch endoprosthesis aortic extender.The physician performed an open surgical repair.The patient tolerated the procedure.
