It was reported that the patient saw "recharger not found" when trying to enter the recharger app.Patient said since they got the rechargeable implant they would intermittently see the recharger not found message come up, half the time in the app they wouldn't be able to see the recharging status and just see the screen circling searching for the recharger.During call wireless recharger (wr) showed that it was charging implant but patient saw recharger not found.Agent had patient turn bluetooth off/on in the handset and hard reset the wr and this resolved issue.Implant charging at 100%.Patient said that they turned off sound on wr because the beeping was annoying.Patient said that since getting the rechargeable implant they've had issues with charging, issues using the wr and handset, and have called about this and have had to have both the wr and handset replaced.Patient said they were going to eventually change to a non rechargeable from a different device manufacturer because of the issues they've had.
