Event Description
It was reported that it was difficult to pass drug therapy through lumen.Customer ensured all roller clamps on device were properly primed for therapy delivery.No kinks were noted, and the pressure settings were adjusted with no resolution to the event.Customer was told to flush the drug port but was not able to do so.Patient was returned to interventional radiology (ir) to troubleshoot.The patient was returned to the catheterization lab for device exchange.No other patient complications were reported for this event.
