Medtronic received information that 6 months following the implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, an incorrect serial number (b)(6) was registered to this valve.An identification card with the incorrect serial number was sent to the patient.Registration correction has been requested, to update to the correct serial number (b)(6).No adverse patient effects were reported.
