Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer has reported hyperglycemia, hemorrhage/bleeding, laceration(s) treated with manual injection/insulin pen, the cap keeps on falling off, and the problem with an insulin dispensing inpen.Troubleshooting was partially performed and the issue was not resolved.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The customer will continue to use the device and the inpen will not be returned for analysis.
