Event Description

It was reported that during an implant procedure the guidewire became stuck in the left ventricular (lv) lead.Attempts to remove the guidewire from the lead were unsuccessful.One attempt to remove resulted in the guidewire dissecting the lv lead.The lv lead was replaced and the procedure was completed without issues. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
