Philips has investigated this complaint.According to additional information collected the device was used for heart attack surgery and the patient was transferred to another device to continue and complete the surgery.The philips field service engineer (fse) inspected the system onsite and confirmed that the geometry movements are partly available.Upon functional testing, the fse checked the logfiles and found the ipc cannot start up.The fse reconnected and cleaned the raw card and now the ipc can start up normally.But the log file displayed that the ipc can board failed.To resolve the issue the fse replaced the ipc and did the current calibration.After replacement, the system was returned to use in good working order.The codes were updated based on the investigation outcome.
