Event Description
According to the reporter, three days after the device was used for skin contusion and laceration on the right thigh, the patient complained of pain and itching at the suture site. The examination revealed that the skin at the suture site was red and swollen, dry, and without exudate, which ruled out wound infection. The patient was immediately given oral anti-allergic tablets of desloratadine, once a day, 10mg each time, dressing treatment, and to keep the skin dry.Two days later, the skin redness and swelling at the suture area of the patient's right thigh subsided, and the itching improved significantly.
