Event Description
|
According to the reporter, during hemorrhoidectomy, device clamped down on the tissue and then would not open.The error message that came up was e402, incomplete seal cycle but it was working prior to this.The surgeon cut the device out using pencil cautery then sutured the tissue closed.Another ligasure device used successfully.
