The manufacturer became aware of an user using a rep dreamstation auto cpap device.The patient alleged black particles along with black filters in the device.In addition, the patient also reported black thing on the tube, pillows, phlegm and nose.There was no report of serious harm or injury.After performing troubleshoot by unplugging the device from the wall outlet and by removing the humidifer, filters, mask and tube.The issue persist.The manufacturer's investigation is ongoing.A follow-up report will be submitted when the manufacturer's investigation is complete.
