Event Description
|
It was reported that the adapter supplied with the pacing catheter came loose from the patient cable while in use with a dependent patient.There was a loss of capture and the patient went into cardiac arrest.Intervention was required and the patient recovered.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
