On (b)(6) 2023, the patient presented with lethargy, drooling, and slower speech.A ct of the head was completed, which showed mild to moderate vasogenic edema in the area surrounding the neurostimulator electrodes with effacement of the overlying cerebral sulci and ventricle, findings suspicious for small amount of postoperative blood within the right inferior front encephalomalacic cavity with potential subarachnoid hemorrhage and subdural blood product around the right occipital sulci and tentorium.Treatment included hospitalization and dexamethasone.
