Event Description
Information was received from the healthcare provider (hcp), via the manufacturer¿s representative (rep), who reported the patient complained of the implant feeling ¿out of place¿ or ¿dislocated¿ and it had moved down on its¿ own.The patient denied moving the battery themselves. The rep could palpate the extension with the battery feeling slightly rotated. The patient had no shocking sensations or changes in stimulation due to the battery moving but was experiencing some discomfort on the left side of their neck.It was unknown what led to the issue was the patient was largely immobile and didn¿t make any sudden movements. No other diagnostics or troubleshooting was performed, but rather the patient was redirected to their healthcare provider (hcp).

Event Description
Additional information received from the manufacturer¿s representative (rep) reported no further actions were taken related to the implant moving in the pocket aside from redirecting the patient to their neurologist. The patient¿s wife stated they likely won¿t pursue additional surgery since stimulation was still working.
