Event Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the customer was unable to review some of the carelink reports.Troubleshooting was performed.The customer's reason for the call was due to the issue with some of the upload information from carelink and the reported issue was resolved.It was unknown whether the care link reports could be reviewed or not.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.It was unknown whether the customer will continue the use of the devic and the product will not be returned for analysis.
