Event Description
It was reported that the right ventricular (rv) lead triggered an alert for undefined high bipolar and unipolar impedance with lead polarity switched.In addition, varying impedance and r waves with thresholds trending down were observed on leads trends.A lead tip connection was suspected.The lead remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
