Information was received from multiple sources (patient, manufacturer representative, healthcare provider) regarding a patient who underwent minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (mis tlif).It was reported that the screw was broken at level s1. patient is having back pain.There were no further complications reported regarding the event.
