Event Description
Information was received from healthcare provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative regarding an event which occurred during a transcutaneous vertebroplasty <(>&<)> posterior spinal fusion in a patient diagnosed with thoracic vertebral fracture.It was reported that the screw was inserted into the affected vertebrae with cement installed.The cement hardened within the vertebrae and was pushed forward only slightly by the screw. there was no patient symptom reported.There were no further complications reported regarding the event.
