It was reported to vyaire medical that the 3100a ventilator not pressurizing.As of this time, there is no information about patient involvement associated with this reported event.

Vyaire medical file identification: (b)(4).H10-vyaire field service went onsite found intermittent circuit pressure failure.As a resolution both lower and higher limit switches were replaced.Tested and ran this unit for a long period trying to duplicate tech issue.Unit passes the circuit pressure and performance verification test.The ventilator is ready to return for use.
