Event Description
Literature was reviewed regarding transvenous left ventricular (lv) leads.The authors described one patient that experienced a procedural bleed that required intervention.There were lv lead failures due to dislocation, fracture, phrenic nerve stimulation, and infection.Unknown intervention was performed on the leads.The status of the leads is unknown.No additional adverse patient effects or product performance issues were reported.
