The sterilization records were reviewed and no evidence of abnormal sterilization cycle was found.
 
Event Description
During an in-clinic follow-up, a pocket erosion was noted which resulted in partial externalization of the implanted device.There was no evidence the erosion resulted in any pocket infection.The device was explanted and replaced to resolve the event.The patient was in stable condition.
