Event Description
It was reported that this pacemaker was under sensing the right atrial lead channel.Sometimes the pacemaker atrial paces right on top of a conducted ventricular sensed deflections. There was low amplitude observed. The right ventricular automatic capture was in suspension. This was possibly due to ventricular sensing falling in blanking, so the pacemaker ventricular paces and there was functional loss of capture due to the conducted ventricular sense in blanking period. The patient was going to look for a cardiologist to determine the process to follow. No adverse patient effects were reported.
