Event Description
Device report from synthes reports an event in japan as follows: it was reported that on (b)(6) 2024, the patient underwent an unknown surgery for a right femoral trochanteric fracture.When the guidewire for blade measurement was inserted, it penetrated the femoral bone head.The surgeon gave up injecting cement and did internal fixation without cement.The surgery was completed successfully with no surgical delay.No further information is available.This report is for one (1) guidewire ã¸3.2 l400 this is report 1 of 1 for complaint (b)(4).
