Event Description
It was reported that stent damage occurred.A 3.00 x 12 synergy stent balloon expandable was selected for percutaneous coronary intervention procedure.During the procedure, synergy concertinaed upon pulling of side branch wire.Stent was implanted and procedure was completed successfully.No patient complications were reported.
