Event Description
It was reported that device contamination occurred.The stenosed target lesion was located in the coronary artery.An opticross hd imaging catheter was selected for intravascular ultrasound examination of the target lesion.During preparation, it was found that an unidentified black matter appeared on the catheter, which caused the machine to crash.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.There were no patient complications.
