Event Description

It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, intracardiac echocardiography (ice) revealed a pericardial effusion while the left inferior pulmonary vein (lipv) was being ablated.The patient had cardiac tamponade.A blood gas test was performed, an anticoagulant neutralizer was administered, a monoclonal antibody drug was administered, and a pericardiocentesis was performed.Subsequently, homeostasis was observed.The case was completed with cryo.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
