Event Description
It was reported that this pacemaker exhibited atrial undersensing which lead to overpacing.This resulted in a blanked r wave which lead to overpacing in the ventricular channel.It is planned to adjust the atrial sensitivity.No adverse patient effects were reported.At this time, this device system remains in service.
