It was reported that this cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) and right ventricular (rv) lead were explanted due to noise, impedance issues, oversensing and high pacing thresholds.Another crt-p and rv lead were implanted.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.This product has not returned for analysis.
