Event Description
|
It was reported that the patient had an untenable situation and was a psychiatric patient after dbs implantation.They could no longer find peace, was anxious, and completely upset at night.They have not slept for 10 nights, very emotional patient, unbearable situation, and did not know what to do anymore.The psychiatrist gave them medication to calm.Psychosis was concluded.The patient was hospitalized in psychiatric until (b)(6) 2023.The startup went smoothly, with great expectations for their return home.Once at home, everything was a bit disappointing; no good feeling at home, dog seemed distant, and difficulty to find a daily structure.The patient had a sudden moment where everything seemed too much and they impulsively did auto-intoxication with seroquel.This resulted in medical or non-surgical therapy and hospitalization. the patient went home (b)(6) 2024. the issue was resolved without sequelae.Relevant medical history included parkinson's disease (2015) and depression (2016).
