It was reported that during a port placement procedure, the needle was allegedly very weak and bend when channeling the vein that already increases the risk of pneumothorax.Current status of the patient is unknown.

It was reported that during a port placement procedure, the needle was allegedly very weak and had allegedly bent when channeling the vein which already increases the risk of pneumothorax.It was further reported that the patient allegedly experienced pneumothorax of approximately fifty percent.The current status of the patient is unknown.
