|
Medtronic received a report that computerized tomography (ct) revealed clinically significant subarachnoid hemorrhage (sah) and intracranial hemorrhage with an onset date of (b)(6) 2024 ct on (b)(6) 2024 revealed persistent hemorrhagic globally stable.At the ct there was appearance of intraparenchymal and subarachnoid hematic changes in the left convexity.Patient's baseline modified rankin scale (mrs) score 0, baseline national institutes of health stroke scale (nihss) 11.The patient has not recovered and the issue has not resolved.This event is not a recurrent or new stroke.This adverse event (ae) is probably related to the disease under study or an underlying condition.This event did not lead to congenital anomaly, death, disability, or medical intervention and was not considered life-threatening.This event led to hospitalization.The site assessed this event as not related to the study devices, and possibly related to the procedure.The sponsor ph1 event is assessed as serious adverse event possibly related to the study procedure.Also mentioned sah in the imaging results which was a separate potential complaint possibly related to procedure and devices utilized.Pre-procedure mtici score 0, final post-procedure mtici score 2b.

Additional information has been received reporting that cerebral edema on the fu imaging crf was checked, however corresponding ae was not reported, site was queried to provide rationale, if this was not a separate reportable event per the physician.In regards to the sah, event was reported and triaged via oc-gch bridge.
