Event Description
It was reported that stent positioning difficulties occurred.Vascular access was obtained via the radial artery.The 75% stenosed, 2.25mm x 16mm, concentric and graft anastomosis target lesion with a bend of >45 degrees was located in the severely tortuous and moderately calcified left anterior descending artery and left circumflex artery graft anastomosis.A 2.25 x 16 synergy drug-eluting stent was selected for treatment and resistance was encountered when repositioning the stent.The procedure was completed with another of the same device.It was noted that hospitalization or prolongation of hospitalization occurred, however, there were no patient complications reported, and patient status was stable following the procedure.
