Event Description
It was reported the valve doesn't break when peeling away, the valve stays intact.The issue was resolved by physician manually picking the valve off lead.Slight delay for physician but appears to be less than 30-minutes.No mention of blood loss of patient impact.No pictures or video are available, and no patient information provided.
