Event Description
It was reported that the patient felt a jolt of electrical shock when touching stainless steel and reported to the healthcare provider (hcp) that it happened in relation to the microwave.Impedances were okay.Technical services reviewed static electricity and that static electricity was unrelated to any neurostimulation devices, therefore it must have been coincidence when the device was turned off.Environmental and household defect could not be excluded.

Event Description
Additional information was received from a manufacturer representative (rep) reporting that the patient did not feel the electric shock from their device.The cause of the electric shock seemed to come from electrical installation into the kitchen.It was unknown if the ins was affected.No special actions or interventions were taken.It was unknown if the electric shocks resolved.
