Event Description
It was reported that a dissection occurred.The target lesion was located in the left anterior descending artery.A 2.50 x 28 mm promus premier was deployed and post-dilated and a flow-limiting, type b, dissection at the proximal edge of the stent was noted.The patient experienced chest pain and changes in ecg.The dissection was covered with a 2.75 x 12 mm drug eluting stent and the procedure was completed.The patient was stable and fully recovered.
