Event Description
Medtronic received information that 4 days post implant of this 28mm tricuspid annuloplasty ring, it was reported that an electrocardiogram (ecg) discovered atrial fibrillation (a.Fib).Subsequently 2 days later, electro-cardioversion was performed.Medication was prescribed and the patients hospital admission was prolonged.Finally, 4 days later, the patient was discharged.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
